Meet Gary Holmes, our Executive Officer

Gary joins ATSNZ with over 15 years of executive experience specialising in the strategic management, growth, and advocacy of membership-based business associations and Business Improvement Districts (BIDs).

Throughout his career, Gary has been dedicated to ensuring industry associations deliver tangible commercial value and a strong return on investment for their members. His core focus at ATSNZ is to provide trusted advocacy that champions, challenges, and adds value to strengthen a united community of assistive technology suppliers. While new to the sector, he is deeply committed to the life-changing work of the industry, partnering with the Board to prioritise advocacy and lobbying of key government departments, ministers, and policy teams.

In addition to his Executive Officer role at ATSNZ, Gary brings robust political, governance, and stakeholder management acumen to the Association through his concurrent position as an Elected Member of the Auckland Council Franklin Local Board.
